From designing brochures and flyers to social media graphics and website elements, you'll bring our brand to life through innovative and impactful designs. Your keen eye for detail and ability to work within brand guidelines will ensure consistency and quality across all design projects.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with the design and marketing teams to understand project objectives and requirements.Create engaging and visually appealing designs for a variety of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, social media graphics, and website elements.Ensure designs are aligned with brand guidelines and convey the desired message.Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas and concepts.Work on multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.Provide support in the preparation and production of design materials.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design.Bring the brief and concept to life based on the client's needs and vision while keeping budget, time, and production constraints in mind.Prepare mockups and present to clients before deciding on a final design/concept.Edit proofs to client's specifications and get signoff/approval before finalizing artwork.Collaborate with the team to launch projects.Adapt and roll out approved concepts to various media, above and below the line, adhering to a client's brand identity and guidelines.Work with external departments to extend concepts and visuals to other internal and external marketing-related material.Ensure artwork is correct and supplied in the right format/sizes/colour codes before being sent to press and production facilities.Demonstrate a talent for creativity and problem-solving.RequirementsProven experience in graphic design or a related field, preferably through internships or freelance work.Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).Strong portfolio showcasing creative and visually appealing designs.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and take direction from senior designers and team members.Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines.Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.Understanding of print and digital design principles.Basic photography skills and knowledge of social media platforms are a plus.Degree or diploma in Graphic Design or a related field.BenefitsTraining & DevelopmentPension PlanPerformance Bonus
