Ons kliënt is 'n gevestigde leier in die konstruksietoerusting- en kleinplantverhuringsbedryf in Suid-Afrika. Salaris:
R17 000 - R20 000 CTC per maand, afhangende van ervaring en vaardighede.
Ligging:Silverton, Pretoria.
Werksure:Maandag tot Vrydag: 07:30 - 17:00. Elke tweede Saterdag: 07:30 - 11:00 (met opsie tot afstandswerk).
Verlof:21 dae verlof per jaar. Siekverlof, gesinsverantwoordelikheidsverlof, en kraamverlof volgens die Suid-Afrikaanse Arbeidswetgewing.
Hoofdoel van die Pos:
Ons kliënt is op soek na 'n kreatiewe en detailgeoriënteerde Grafiese Ontwerper om by hulle dinamiese bemarkingspan aan te sluit. Die rol vereis die ontwikkeling en uitvoering van visuele handelsmerk- en ontwerpstrategieë om 'n konsekwente en professionele identiteit oor alle kanale uit te beeld.
Verantwoordelikhede:
Handelsmerk en Grafiese Ontwerp:
Ontwerp en implementeer handelsmerkprojekte vir masjinerie en voertuie.
Skep druk- en digitale bemarkingsmateriaal, insluitend brosjures, plakkate, baniere en ander promosie-items.
Ontwikkel hoë-gehalte grafika vir digitale platforms, soos sosiale media en e-posveldtogte.

Webwerfbestuur en Digitale Inhoud:
Werk die WordPress-webwerf gereeld by om produklyste, temas en gebruikerservaring te verbeter.
Optimaliseer die webwerf vir gebruikervriendelikheid, loodgenerering en verkope.
Ontwerp en implementeer interaktiewe webwerf-elemente soos baniere en aanlynvorms.

Kreatiewe Ontwikkeling en Handelsmerk Konsistensie:
Handhaaf die kliënt se handelsmerkriglyne oor alle grafiese uitsette.
Leef kreatief in by konsepontwikkeling en breinkrag-sessies om bemarkingsinisiatiewe te verbeter.

Samewerking en Spanwerk:
Werk nou saam met die bemarkingsbestuurder om projekte te interpreteer en uit te voer.
Kommunikeer doeltreffend met interne departemente en, wanneer nodig, eksterne verskaffers.
Neem deel aan strategiese besprekings en beplanningsvergaderings.

Bykomende Take:
Video-redigering (indien vaardig) vir sosiale media en promosie-inhoud.
Ondersteun die bemarkingsbestuurder met ad hoc-take en spesiale projekte.

Minimum Kwalifikasies en Vereistes:
Ervaring:
Minimum 2 jaar grafiese ontwerp-ervaring.
Minimum 1 jaar ervaring in webwerf-ontwerp en redigering.
Vorige ervaring met produkhandelsmerk-ontwikkeling.
Ervaring in die skep van digitale en drukmateriaal.

Vaardighede:
Gevorderde vaardigheid in Adobe Suite (veral Illustrator en InDesign).
Vaardigheid in WordPress.
Kreatiewe probleemoplossing en sterk aandag aan detail.
Die vermoë om handelsmerk-konsistensie oor verskeie platforms te handhaaf.
Video-redigeervaardighede (voordeel, maar nie 'n vereiste nie).
'n Kreatiewe portefeulje wat die kandidaat se vaardighede ten toon stel.

Graphic Designer

Reports to:
Marketing Manager
Salary:R17 000 - R20 000 CTC per month, depending on experience and skills.
Location:Silverton, Pretoria
Working Hours:Monday to Friday: 07:30 - 17:00. Every second Saturday: 07:30 - 11:00 (with an option for remote work).
Leave:
21 days of annual leave. Sick leave, family responsibility leave, and maternity leave as per South African labor law.
Purpose of the Role:
Our client is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join their dynamic marketing team. The role involves developing and executing visual branding and design strategies to ensure a consistent and professional identity across all channels.
Responsibilities:
Branding and Graphic Design:
Design and implement branding projects for machinery and vehicles.
Create print and digital marketing materials, including brochures, posters, banners, and other promotional items.
Develop high-quality graphics for digital platforms, such as social media and email campaigns.

Website Management and Digital Content:
Regularly update the WordPress website to improve product listings, themes, and user experience.
Optimize the website for usability, lead generation, and sales.
Design and implement interactive website elements like banners and online forms.

Creative Development and Brand Consistency:
Maintain the client's branding guidelines across all graphic outputs.
Contribute creatively to concept development and brainstorming sessions to improve marketing initiatives.

Collaboration and Teamwork:
Work closely with the marketing manager to interpret and execute projects.
Communicate effectively with internal departments and, when necessary, external vendors.
Participate in strategic discussions and planning meetings.

Additional Tasks:
Video editing (if skilled) for social media and promotional content.
Support the marketing manager with ad hoc tasks and special projects.

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:
Experience:
At least 2 years of graphic design experience.
At least 1 year of experience in website design and editing.
Previous experience in product branding development.
Experience in creating digital and print materials.

Skills:
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Suite (especially Illustrator and InDesign).
Proficiency in WordPress.
Creative problem-solving and strong attention to detail.
Ability to maintain brand consistency across various platforms.
Video editing skills (advantageous but not essential).
A creative portfolio showcasing the candidate's skills.
