Duties and ResponsibilitiesWelcome visitors, manage calls, and maintain a professional reception area.Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence.Provide administrative support, including correspondence management, filing, and meeting coordination.Coordinate meeting schedules and prepare meeting rooms.Assist with SHEQ/health and safety tasks such as maintaining records, participating in audits, and supporting awareness initiatives.Job RequirementsMatricTertiary qualification is essentialA relevant diploma or degree in Administration, Business Management, or a related field.Additional coursework or exposure to SHEQ/Health and Safety is highly advantageous.Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).Additional computer skills is advantageous.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Attention to detail and accuracy.
