This pivotal role will shape the future of our graduate programs, ensuring excellence in every aspect of the student experience.As the Graduate Programs Data and Information Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the administration and operations of the Graduate Programs Office. Your responsibilities will include:Manage and update academic and administrative records in the Student Information System and CRM systemsCompile, analyze, and present data related to student admissionsEnsure alignment of the Rules & Procedures of the Faculty with existing university regulations and new initiativesCoordinate academic line scheduling in collaboration with the Senior Director, Program Management & Operations and ensure that course offerings align with departmental and program needsGuide Ph.D. candidates through the graduation and dissertation submission processCoordinate with the registrar's office to ensure that all academic requirements are met for student graduations for all graduate students in the College of BusinessLead the academic review process for College of Business graduate students to ensure students meet the required standards for progression and graduationManage student petitions and assist with the SOGS (Standing on Graduate Students Committee) process, ensuring timely submission and approval of necessary documentationOversee maintaining and submitting graduate student data for AACSB accreditation requirements on both an annual basis in collaboration with Program Directors and Dean's OfficeCollect and organize data for institutional rankings in partnership with the Office of Institutional Data (OID)Serve as a Data Manager for operational level data for the Graduate Programs OfficeTo thrive in this position, you must possess the following qualifications:Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience; Master's Degree preferredThree to five years of related work experienceExceptional multitasking and time-management abilitiesStrong problem-solving and decision-making skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesAt Lehigh University, we offer more than just a job – we provide a vibrant community committed to fostering growth, innovation, and intellectual curiosity.
