Graduate Listed Property Analyst

This role is based in the research department and will be responsible for providing the research, models, and information which the portfolio managers will need to make informed decisions.
Duties include but are not limited to:Report back to clients on performance / sector trends etc.Generate investment ideas.Month-end client performance updates.Identify and present on sector theme.Engage with sell-side analysts.Engage with industry experts.Attend company interim/results presentations.Engage regularly with management teams.Minimum Requirements: Honours in Financial Management, Accounting, or Finance related (Honours degree), with excellent academic records.
