Duties and Responsibilities:Providing administrative support to the Key Accounts Manager(s)Set up for customer meetingsOrder and control of samples for shows and presentationsAssist with queries of products not scanning in storeTyping and distribution of minutes, general correspondence, deal sheets, allocations etc.Preparing of spreadsheetsSet up of appointments for Key Accounts departmentsAction payment of expense claim formsNew store opening updatingTaking messages and following up on queriesLiaise with Advertising company for customers advertised lines Skills and Requitements: Bachelors DegreeAt least 2 years work experience Valid drivers licence and own reliable transportSolid administration skills with advanced ExcelBe able to work overtime when necessaryBe able to handle pressure with high attention to detailOrganisational and time management skillsGood understanding of merchandising principles
