Duties and Responsibilities:Provide administrative support to the Key Accounts Manager and TeamSet up for customer meetingsOrder and control product samples for tradeshows and presentationsProducts queriesTyping and distribution of minutes, general correspondence, deal sheets, allocations etc.Preparing of spreadsheetsAction payment of expense claim formsNew store opening updatesLiaise with Advertising AgencySkills and Requirements:Bachelor's Degree1 - 2 years work experience would be preferredOwn Transport and drivers licence (will need to visit the trade)Good excel and computer skillsAptitude figuresGood communication skills - written and verbalBe able to handle pressure with high attention to detailOrganised with good time managementGood understanding of merchandising principles
