Ensure accurate data capture for all new business, prioritizing the Quote for Change (QFC) process to handle alterations efficiently and effectively.
Process and update details for plan anniversaries, maintaining timely adjustments for ongoing member servicing.
Manage post-sale updates to members' plans, ensuring required changes are processed promptly to uphold service quality.
Conduct routine data checks and validations to confirm accuracy in member information, aligning with compliance and service standards.
Provide administrative support by tracking and processing post-sale service requests, streamlining workflows.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure uninterrupted servicing and smooth functionality for member plans.
Serve as a point of contact for internal teams, addressing inquiries on post-sale servicing processes
