Reporting to the Manager: Client Relations Management (CRM), this role is responsible to gather data, investigate, analyse, and evaluate other information alongside it, to identify possible problem areas within the business.
Reports are produced, with recommendations to management on preventive or corrective actions.
You will learn to create, manage, and analyse data to provide reports to support various departments within the organization.
You must possess a strong understanding of data management, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
