The company is looking for a Graduate Data Analyst to bring their skills in SQL, Azure, Power BI, and R or Python to the team.
Help analyze trends, uncover opportunities, and drive impactful business decisions in a dynamic, technology-driven environment.
Minimum Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, or a related field.An advanced degree in Data Science, Analytics, or a related field is highly advantageous.Basic understanding and some experience working with SQL, Azure, Power BI, and R or Python for data analysis and statistical modeling.Familiarity with data warehouse concepts, including ETL processes and data architecture.Critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills, self-motivated, assertive, and proactive, with excellent communication skills for translating complex data into understandable insights.Familiarity with additional data visualization tools or programming languages is preferred. Duties and Responsibilities:Develop, optimize, and maintain SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.Utilize Power BI to design, develop, maintain, and deploy interactive dashboards.Build and understand data workflows to meet SQL, Power BI, and Azure requirements.Perform data analysis and statistical modeling using R or Python libraries, as required.Engage with customers to understand and document business requirements, translating them into effective technical solutions.Ensure data integrity and accuracy by adhering to data governance best practices.Implement and manage data warehouse procedures, including ETL processes, to support business intelligence and reporting needs. Participate in performance reviews every 3 months to assess progress and potential for a full-time position based on outcomes.
