Key ResponsibilitiesLearning & Development:Learn about FICA regulations and the onboarding process through training and hands-on experience.Client Onboarding Support:Assist in collecting and verifying client documentation (ID, proof of address) to ensure it meets FICA requirements.FICA Documentation Review:Help review client documents for accuracy and completeness.Regulatory Compliance Assistance:Support compliance checks and assist with client verification.Data Entry & Record Maintenance:Enter and maintain client information in our systems.Client Communication:Communicate with clients to request missing or incorrect documents.Risk Assistance:Learn to identify potential high-risk clients and escalate concerns to senior staff.Team Collaboration:Work with other teams like legal, compliance, and sales to ensure a smooth onboarding process.Qualifications & ExperienceEducational Background:Recent graduate with a degree in Compliance, Law, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.Experience: No prior work experience needed.
