REQUIREMENTS
A pre-school qualification / Grade R degree with at least 3-4 years' experience in a Senior / Management position
A strong & faithful church-going Christian who knows Jesus as Lord and Savior
Demonstrates a love for children and a natural passion for ECD
Able to provide Godly counsel with children and parents on a daily basis - A Prayer Warrior
Fully Bilingual in English & Afrikaans with excellent written & verbal communication skills
Strong sense of business with a sales & marketing focus and an eye for detail
Highly Computer Literate with strong Administration Skills
An innovative thinker with excellent problem-solving skills & a strong work ethic
Able to collaborate with others and delegate tasks with ease
Strong Planning, Organizational and Management skills
Knowledge of Western Cape Education Department framework & requirements
CEMIS training for online management of the school, including subsidies

11 Pre-school teachers with 80 – 100 children from Babies to Grade R
School hours from 07h00 – 14h00 and aftercare until 18h00
