Job Description:
Plan and implement Physiotherapist services including human resource and material.

Job Responsibilities:

Participate in institutional managerial meetings.
Implement and manage performance management and Development system.
Promote and retain good relationship with referring facilities
Encourage Physiotherapy staff to be involve in institutional events as needed.
Do record and quality assurance audit.
Implement staff development and empowerment.
Monitor and motivate for new equipment.

Job Requirements:

Appropriate and acceptable clinical experience as a physiotherapist must be basic experience and understanding of legislation, computer literacy is recommended
BSC Physiotherapy / equivalent. Registration with HPCSA as an independent practice.
3 years' appropriate experience in Physiotherapy.
Proof of current registration with HPCSA.
Post graduate management certificate/ degree will be added as advantage.
