We are a growing company expanding globally and need someone with expertise in paid search advertising to manage and optimize campaigns effectively.Responsibilities:Manage and optimize paid search campaigns on Google Ads and Bing Ads for diverse clients in various industriesDevelop strategies to improve campaign reach and performance within specific sectors and brandsEnhance campaign effectiveness through continuous optimization and ad copy testingCollaborate with different teams for smooth campaign execution and maximize resultsAssist in audience targeting strategies tailored to different sectorsProvide budgeting, forecasting, and performance reports to senior managementRequirements:Minimum of 4 years' experience in managing paid search campaigns with significant ad spendFluency in English, additional language skills are a plusStrong knowledge of Google Ads and Bing Ads/Meta for paid search advertisingExperience in running international campaignsAnalytical skills and ability to communicate campaign data effectivelyEntrepreneurial mindset and focus on innovation and scalingPersonal accountability and strong work ethicUnderstanding of tracking methodologies and campaign attributionDesired Skills and Experience:If you have familiarity with other performance marketing areas like SEO, affiliates, email, and display advertising, it would be a plus.
