Overall Purpose Of The Jobo Management of staff and structureso Ensure smooth running of day-to-day golfing activities, including scheduling and starting, aswell as assist the Golf Committee to create and maintain the Golf Fixture list.o Enforce Code of Conduct for golferso Liaise with the Golf & Custodian Committee's as well as the appointed Greenkeepero Monitor and manage outsourced agreements   Budget and Finance Input and Management Pertaining to the Pro Shop and Relatedo Membership management, including membership paymentso Follow appropriate procedureso Golf communication – external/internalo Manage handicap ratings and ensure handicap standards are maintained as per union ruleso Daily cash taken (Reporting)o Liaise with memberso Customer relationship functiono Marketing of the course as well as packages to various stakeholderso Managing of league teams, major club competitions,o Managing of Marshalling & driving range activitieso Golf days, competitions, and prize-giving'so Ensure a High Quality golfing experience, from 'Bag Drop to the taxi home'.Required Work Experience• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience within a professional organization such as Golfing CountryClub environment• Minimum of 2 years relevant club operational experience• Minimum of 2 years relevant budgeting experience in a club environment Knowledge• Excellent understanding and working knowledge of golf course management• Excellent understanding and playing knowledge of the rules of golf• An excellent level of interpersonal skills• Clubmaster & Golfscape Booking System.
