The role will help with the growth of Goat which aims to support our agencies in broadcasting their clients' messages via content and Influencer Marketing channels, which we deliver at scale.As a Goat Campaign Manager, you will work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that our proposals and campaigns meet the highest standards, are competitive and communicate GOAT's capabilities, offerings and value in the best possible light.Leading and Supporting on CampaignsSuccessfully lead individual campaigns up to the value of R350,000.Successfully provide support on campaigns to campaign leads up to the value of R1,400,000.Demonstrable ability to be in control of at least 7 successful campaigns simultaneously.Be able to effectively answer questions from people in the team to help guide decisions that are being made.Ensure SOWs and briefs are understood, campaigns are running smoothly, and discuss priorities and targets in an effective way.Identify problems on a campaign and, if not solvable, immediately bring to the attention of someone senior.Support Account Managers with influencer and campaign matters on client calls, and always be confident in your approach.Successfully discover influencers for the campaigns that are briefed into Goat – always ensuring that you understand what the client wants and will be happy with.Make sure budgets are being managed effectively throughout the campaign.Having the foresight to make drastic changes to a campaign approach/mechanic based on live campaign data (in consultation with the paid media team, if applicable).Influencer RelationsKeep up with influencer marketing and social trends to be referenced in campaign proposals and strategies.Be active on social media, namely: Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and X.Successfully be able to read and interpret an influencer campaign brief.Successfully write and relay influencer briefs in detail to an influencer or their management team during the onboarding and negotiation process.Successfully perform outreach to influencers/influencer Talent Managers in full detail without support.Successfully communicate the Goat sign-up process.Confidently negotiating influencer fees and be fully confident in knowing influencer value in relation to the objectives of the campaign.Manage influencer relationships to ensure content is correct and distributed in line with the campaign schedule.Manage campaign deliverables throughout the lifetime of the campaign, all the way through to reporting and payments.Manage all influencer comms and queries throughout the lifetime of the campaign.Reporting and AnalysisProvide very succinct updates to account managers, paid media and line manager for input into campaign report(s).Share your learnings about influencers we have used in line with campaign performance.Performance metrics such as CPM, Engagement Rate and Reach should drive every influencer decision.Have a top-level understanding of how we are running paid media across the accounts you work across.Strategy and Key SkillsLead proposals from the campaign side, using understanding of campaign deliverables.Be aware of upselling opportunities across campaigns you are working on.Be fully competent in writing messaging, influencer captions and/or paid copy for posts & stories.Knowledge of Digital Paid MediaGood knowledge of paid media.Certifications on Meta (planning) and TikTok (Planning).Key Knowledge and Internal ProcessesConfidently draft up SOWs and work with Account Managers to resolve incomplete SOWs.Share accurate information with Finance on active campaigns and previous campaign audits.Ensure Influencers are paid accurately (i.e.
