Provide guidance to back-office team members on implementing deployment plans based on trade segmentation, field capacity, and overall business goals to enhance performance. Support and contribute to the Channel Managers on strategic directions for overall Commercial Operations strategy. Monitor and analyze important metrics like the number of active customers, sales distribution, stock availability, distributor's service level, and territory distribution targets as business needs change. Collaborate, direct, and influence individuals and organizations to ensure alignment and successful execution of go-to-market strategies.
