Job DescriptionNSF are currently looking for self-employed Agriculture Auditor to join our team in Ghana.You will play a crucial role in the mission of NSF. In this role, you will have the opportunity to travel, meet new people and learn more about many of the businesses you may frequent as a consumer.ResponsibilitiesPrincipal Accountabilities include, but are not limited to:Conduct GLOBALG.A.P. AssessmentsSummarize and evaluate audit findings, and submit reports in a timely mannerCommunicate findings and results of audits with client site management or appropriate client representativesDevelop effective work plans for the completion of assigned audits within a determined timeframeEstablish and maintain effective communication with key team members including audit delivery and client teamsQualificationsThe candidate we are looking for must have the following:Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Word, Outlook, and ExcelDegree or Diploma in Agriculture or Horticulture with subjects directly related to plants and crops, not animals.Working farm experience of at least 2 years, actively involved in farming fruits, vegetables, crops or flowersHACCP training (1 Day)Food safety training (1 Day)Internal Auditor or Lead Auditor trainingTraining in IPMFertilizer Management and handling of AgrichemicalsMandatory add-on module qualifications must include Tesco Nurture Option 1 and Option 2 (current approval with audit logs is preferred)Auditors must already have GLOBALG.A.P. approval for IFA Option 1 and Option 2 and auditing experience with Tesco Nurture as a qualificationAddition module qualifications that will be beneficial in addition to Tesco Nurture include the latest versions of SPRING, AH-DLL GROW, and LEAF MarqueExcellent written and verbal communication skillsMust have drivers license and own vehicleWillingness and ability to travelWillingness to be away from their home base during peak season for 5 - 10 days at a time#LI-DNI
