This role is part of our Global Field Recruitment team, responsible for hiring talent across all countries in IWG. Our job is to find and attract the talent that manage our 3500 centres around the world, helping the business meet and exceed its targets for growth.
Key areas of focus include:  Managing and delivering high-volume recruitment activity – including both sourcing and assessing - ensuring a?high-quality?service to both candidates and internal?clients.? Acting as a subject matter expert and point of escalation where needed, advising on best-practice resourcing and providing solutions to business and overcoming market challenge
