Global People Partner

We need an experienced people operations leader to build and scale our global HR function.
You'll manage our current People Administrator and develop the team as we grow, while ensuring our distributed workforce across multiple time zones has the support they need to succeed.

Responsibilities Talent management Partner with hiring managers to attract and secure great talent Run and improve our onboarding programme to set new joiners up for success Own our performance review process from planning through to meaningful outcomes Support managers in developing their teams effectively Help identify and create learning opportunities across the business Handle offboarding thoughtfully when team members move on Employee experience and culture Manage recognition and celebration moments that matter Build connections across our global offices Keep our communication channels and practices strong Support team members throughout their journey with us Maintain the programmes that make our culture special People operations Ensure our people data and reporting guides good decisions Handle documentation and processes with care and attention Maintain compliance and best practices across locations Support recruitment as we continue to grow Requirements Must be able to work UK business hours (non-negotiable) 5+ years of HR operations experience Track record of supporting international teams Experience implementing people strategies that drive business growth Strong project management and process improvement capabilities Strategic thinker who can translate business needs into people solutions Natural relationship builder who thrives in cross-cultural environments Data-driven approach to people operations and decision making Strong business acumen and ability to influence at all levels Ability to maintain confidentiality while being approachable Sharp eye for detail and consistency Tech-savvy with HR systems and tools About Us Flight3 is a dynamic global leader in Web3 marketing, collaborating with Layer1s, premier exchanges, and groundbreaking startups.
