Responsible for: The effective delivery of the HR functions of Regenesys Business School (South Africa, India and Nigeria), MyWealth Investments and Regenesys Foundation and any future branches or business units.Main Relationships: Liaises internally with management and staff.
Liaises externally with regulatory bodies and suppliersDuties:Strategic planning of resources, their utilisation and development so as to attract and retain top talent and ensure succession within the organisationInculcate and drive a global performance management system that is linked to rewards, development and productivityOversee and improve staff engagement and morale, and embed the Regenesys values and organisational culture though innovative OD mechanismsProvide leadership for equity and diversity planning including compiling and executing the B-BBEE planOversee all recruitment, IR and employee welfare matters and processesReview HR systems, policies and procedures and ensuring global alignmentOversee accurate staff administration records and processesRegularly identify, review and effectively manage HR risksManage HR dashboard and data analyticsEnsure and oversee global HR best practicesStaff Management (recruitment, management and development)Facilitation at a senior level for MBA and undergraduate classesQualifications & Experience:An MBA / appropriate HR Masters qualificationAt least 5 years management experience demonstrating the ability to manage the HR functionThorough understanding of the relevant labour legislation and international staffingAn HR generalist and subject matter expertIf you believe you meet the above requirements, please send your CV and all your certificates to
