The position: Global HR Manager Overview of the role: The Global HR Manager will manage all facets of human resources duties and processes.
This role serves as a pivotal business partner, aligning HR methodologies with organizational objectives.
Responsibilities: Recruitment and Staffing Employee Engagement Performance Evaluation Learning and Development Benefits Management Regulatory Compliance Human Resources Management Payroll Coordination Requirements: At least 10 years' experience in HR management is required.
Comprehensive understanding of Labor Legislation and HR practices.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Capability to handle various tasks and thrive in a dynamic setting.
Proficient with HR systems and the Microsoft Office Suite.
Leadership and team oversight experience.
Skilled in conflict resolution and problem-solving.
Strategic thought process and planning capability.
