As a successful candidate, you will follow a structured development program comprising of: A Fixed term contract of 24-48 months; Exposure to various aspects of your discipline and rotation across different parts of the business; Development in both the technical and behavioural aspects; Emphasis on practical exposure, learning from experienced professionals through assignments and coaching, and attending relevant courses and workshops;  To be eligible for the Graduate Development Program, you will meet the following minimum requirements: Relevant Degree in Information Technology (Multimedia, Wed Development or Graphic Design), Instructional Design, Educational Technology or Computer Science.
Experience in MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, After Effects, Premier Pro) and Coding (HTML and CSS).
Experience in e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Lectora or Adobe Captivate will be advantageous.
Learning orientation, rule orientation and willingness to work as part of a team.
Preference will be given to applicants residing in the local communities where Glencore Coal Operations South Africa are located (Nkangala District of the Mpumalanga province – proof of residence to be submitted with application.
