Purpose of Position: To assist the Controller – EMEA in the day-to-day management and accounting and financial accounting functions, including the provision of accurate and timely reports to the management teamMajor Areas of Responsibility: Responsibility for accounting records (Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet etc.)
and maintaining accuracy of general ledgerCo-ordinate the project accounting requirements (revenue recognition, milestone invoices, deferred revenue) and extracting project reports from SAP for analysis and investigation of variancesProactively manage the Accounts Receivable ledger to ensure timely recovery of all debts and where required, enlist support of Account Managers to recover overdue amountsAssist with uploading and checking of monthly financial and statistical reports in OneStream (OS) systemAssist with the migration process of new acquisitions and work with SAP Migration team to ensure timely and accurate transition to Clients Mining processesTimely lodgment of all statutory returns, reports and renewals.
