Confidential Information Handling:  Maintain professionalism and discretion in managing sensitive information.
Administrative Support: Prepare letters, reports and other documents as needed.
Proofread and edit for accuracy, consistency and professionalism.
Organise and maintain confidential records, including meeting notes, both electronically and in print.
Interview co-ordination & documentation by assisting in organising interviews, drafting contracts and sorting through CVs efficiently.
Submit weekly Payment Requisitions.
Meetings & Events Coordination: Support event planning, including school functions and special projects.
Capture key moments at events with photography.
Creative Communications: Collaborate on internal and external communications, producing engaging presentations, newsletters and materials.
A strong eye for design is essential to enhance visual appeal and ensure professional and captivating layouts.
Requirements Required Qualifications and Experience: Minimum of 5 years in an Executive Assistant/ PA/ Administrative role Experience in the education sector would be an advantage Proven experience and proficiency in using MS Office Suite Marketing experience and creative flair would be an advantage Administrative / Management  jobs
