An opportunity exists for an exceptional Executive Assistant to the Headmaster to join the school 01 February 2025. This role is key in providing high-level support to the Head of School, managing day-to-day operations and ensuring a well-coordinated, welcoming environment for all.
Duties (not an exhaustive list):
Calendar & Correspondence Management: Oversee the Head's schedule, appointments and manage communications.
Confidential Information Handling: Maintain professionalism and discretion in managing sensitive information.
Administrative Support:
Prepare letters, reports and other documents as needed.
Proofread and edit for accuracy, consistency and professionalism.
Organise and maintain confidential records, including meeting notes, both electronically and in print.
Interview co-ordination & documentation by assisting in organising interviews, drafting contracts and sorting through CVs efficiently.
Submit weekly Payment Requisitions.
Meetings & Events Coordination:
Support event planning, including school functions and special projects.
Capture key moments at events with photography.
Creative Communications:
Collaborate on internal and external communications, producing engaging presentations, newsletters and materials.
A strong eye for design is essential to enhance visual appeal and ensure professional and captivating layouts.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum of 5 years in an Executive Assistant/ PA/ Administrative role
Experience in the education sector would be an advantage
Proven experience and proficiency in using MS Office Suite
Marketing experience and creative flair would be an advantage
