Dynamic Company look for a professional candidate to use her 3-5 years experience in exports administration & coordination in both land and shipping support, administer and track multiple logistics projects within the African Continent. Candidates with exports experience and advanced excel are encouraged to applyRequirements:3 years Export Administration & Coordination experience in submitting and capturing export documentation including experience with Letters of CreditExperience in planning and coordinating the movement of goods through countries3 years experience in handling both land and shipping documentationAdvanced Excel and the ability to link information across multiple spreadsheets NON-NEGOTIABLEDiploma or Certificates in Exports/Logistics or related fieldExcellent verbal and written communicationAn overdeveloped sense of accuracyData Capturing and typing skills at paceCo-ordinating imports and exports Planning quantities and dispatches to meet client deadlines Following detailed SOP's for shipping of product Stock management requirements Processing and submitting export documentation Tracking of shipments and shipping documentation Attending to and resolving documentation related queries Gathering and capturing of export related data on the internal software system Meeting strict and changing deadlines All administrative tasks within the scope of the export logistics function within the company Job Role: Gather and capture export data on an internal software systemProcess and submit export documentationTrack shipments and shipping documentationAttending to and resolving documentation related queriesFiling all paperworkSupporting the Logistics/Project teamsAll administrative tasks required from time to time. Applicants should have: Good verbal and written communication skillsProactive, hands-on approachShould be flexible and adaptable to changesHave the ability to work to a high degree of accuracy and attention to detailAbility to work under pressure and according to deadlinesAbility to prioritize accordinglyAbility to work overtime from time to time This is an urgent position, and applicants who meet the above job requirements are asked to submit a comprehensive CV asap.
