Our client is seeking German support consultants for a leading brand in the electronics and information technology sector.Duties and responsibilitiesProviding in-depth technical support for smartphones, tablets, wearables and other devices.Assisting customers with software issues, hardware malfunctions, connectivity problems, and other technical difficulties.Guiding customers through the initial setup of their devices.Assist with general inquiries, product support and troubleshooting via phone, e-mail, chat or tickets.Helping customers manage their accounts, including password resets, account recovery, and billing inquiries.RequirementsFluent in German B22 years Customer Services experience as a German ConsultantGrade: 12Must be credit and criminal clearTechnical support experience - Desirable
