The Business Development Manager will be responsible for managing and growing our client base in the DACH region, as well as establishing and managing partnerships with key partners in the region. Experience in travel and dealing with partners/partnerships is an advantage.Responsibilities:Identify and develop new business opportunities in the DACH region and beyondConduct market analysis and prepare/deliver sales planDrive revenue growth through new client acquisition and upselling to existing clientsEstablish and manage partnerships in the DACH region and beyondDevelop and execute sales strategies and plans to achieve revenue targetsBuild and maintain long-lasting client relationshipsProvide consultative sales support to clients, including helping them to understand our payment solutions and servicesCollaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing support for clientsAccurately forecast and manage opportunities in SalesforceKeep up-to-date with industry trends and changes in the payments landscapeRequirements:Experience in business development or sales, preferably in the payments, travel, e-commerce, crypto, or fintech industryFluency in both German and English languageStrong communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and negotiate with clients and partnersGood analytical and problem-solving skillsWilling to innovate, learn, and share knowledgeAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPlease apply with your CV in English.
