Red Ember Recruitment (PTY) Ltd | Full time German Business Travel ConsultantCape Town, South Africa | Posted on 05/11/2024 Red Ember Recruitment is looking for someone for our client to assist clients with travel requirements including but not limited to booking flights, hotels, rail, arranging car hire, airport parking and advising on travel visas.Primary Objectives and Responsibilities:Manage a portfolio of existing clients and accountsOffer first class customer service at all timesProviding a variety of quotations to clients not favouring one airline/supplierFollowing up quotations each morning to ensure we have provided what was required and offer any further helpWhen a quotation is cancelled try to find out if there is anything we could have done differentlyTaking card payments from clientsWork with Business Account Managers to maximise opportunities and pass on relevant leadsWorking closely with both Ticketing and Finance to ensure reservations/tickets are issued without any problemsUnderstand key products, services, and unique selling points
