Geophysicist ManagerLanseriaHe/she will be responsible for coordinating the activities of the geophysics department.Specialised company involved in electronic equipment for geographical information gathering and related Electronic Equipment designs. Minimum requirements and experience:Degree or higher (Geophysics)Must have in-depth technical expertise in geosciences, particularly geophysical surveys related to exploration activities and projects.Geophysical data visualisation and presentation techniques.Excellent technical written and oral communication ability.Forward and inversion modelling techniquesAdvanced presentation skills.Formal qualification in project management or operations management would be advantageousResponsibilities:Coordination of activities in geophysical departmentAssist in undertaking geophysical surveys including survey design, data acquisition, processing and interpretation of AEM.Assist in developing advanced data processing and new tools/software.Ensure that quality of reporting to clients is maintained from a scientific/technical and adhering to deadlines.Ensure that archiving of complete (raw and processed) products in a systematic and documented manner.Identifies and manages projects.Provide specialist knowledge and inputManage the implementation of technology development projectsMaintains professional communication with clients, universities and professional organisations.
