General Worker Stacker

Main Objectives: Responsible to the precise measurement and weighing of raw materials to be used in manufacturing of high-quality Extrusion products. Enabling the production process to operate uninterrupted (The Premier way).   Key Responsibilities: Follow the SOP's procedures. Receiving raw materials accurately from Suppliers. Follow FIFO protocols when pulling raw materials for batches. Pulls, weighs, and returns raw materials needed to produce batches. Verifies raw materials being weighed against official blending record. Records all pertinent raw material information on official blending record for traceability. Maintains accurate batch records required for Food Safety. Notifies appropriate management of documentation discrepancies. Reports all quality related issues. Responsible daily scale verification. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Maintain quality, and safety standards. Stacking and wrapping final products batches on pallets Housekeeping of the area – Clean as you go. Skills and Attributes Required: Effectively operates and maintains scales and various other equipment. Understanding of production process Quality management principles Accuracy / Attention to deal: Proficient in converting units to calculate batch requirements Extreme attention to detail and accurate documentation.
