General Manager (Sales/Operations)

KEY REQUIREMENTS FOR CONSIDERATION: You will have a tertiary qualification in Business Management/Commerce or similar, coupled with 8-10 years experience in business development and operations management as outlined in the below requirementsYou will have a proven track record in business development, achieving profitability by managing budgets, expenses and profit margins, as well as effectively managing and motivating staff in operations, supply chain and sales, across 2-3 branches in the KZN region.You will have experience in driving digital platform sales, managing internal and external sales targets and ensuring warehouse and supply SOPs are optimally adhered to or honed to improve.You will have experience in designing and implementing strategic planning for growth of the branches and customer databases, as well as providing management reporting for the EXCO.You must have a valid drivers licence, own car and a clear criminal and credit record Please note that should you not be currently resident in the region and area advertised but still wish to apply, the cost of travel for interviews and relocation will be for your expense.
