SkyCity Entertainment Group is New Zealand's largest tourism, leisure and entertainment company. We operate entertainment complexes in New Zealand and in South Australia, and an opportunity has arisen in one of New Zealand's most majestic locations, Queenstown.
The Role You'll be responsible for leading our Queenstown operation which includes a small casino, bar, and restaurant, ensuring a safe and vibrant destination for our customers and team. Identifying and driving opportunities to maximise revenue is key, as is ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer experiences and a culture of care. You'll contribute to key Group initiatives and improvements and be accountable for adhering to approved policies and procedures, mitigating risk for our business.

You'll have a sound understanding of market principles and a willingness to blend your strategic insights with implementing tactical plans.
