Join our team and thrive in a challenging and rewarding work environment.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.A minimum of 8 years of experience in operations management in a retail setting.Effective leadership and management skills, with experience building and leading a high-performing team.In-depth knowledge of business operations management principles and practices.Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to adapt to changing business trends.Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff.Ability to cultivate and maintain strong vendor and supplier relationships.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other business software.ResponsibilitiesLead and manage our team of Operations Managers, providing guidance in developing and implementing efficient production processes, and promoting a positive team culture.Analyze and evaluate business procedures to identify opportunities to optimize performance, and propose solutions that increase efficiency and productivity.Ensure that our retail units are well-stocked, maintain proper inventory levels, and reorder products when necessary.Develop and implement strategies to reduce operational costs and manage budgets effectively.Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing department to determine the best products for each retail unit and develop sales projections as needed.Monitor regulatory compliance and ensure adherence to established safety standards and practices.Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and contractors, ensuring that service quality is upheld to meet company standards.
