Job DescriptionResponsibilities/Duties: Full responsibility of the Automatic branch of the business and all supporting branches.Lead teams, including responsibility for costing, customer satisfaction, quality control, and employee management.Work out profitability of the branch and set targets.Provide leadership, support, and management to ensure that the vision, mission, and culture within the company are maintained.Ensure that company values are communicated across all sites.Actively plan for succession in own role and other strategic roles within each site.Communicate KPIs and benchmarks to direct subordinates, ensuring clarity.Conduct performance appraisals twice a year with departmental heads.Strive for improved overall site efficiency through cost, process, and productivity analysis annually, submitting relevant plans and implementing upon approval.Develop team skills to fulfill their functions effectively.Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations within ISO guidelines and client protocols at each site.Promote health and safety continuously.Ensure efficient use of all department resources, handling company assets properly.Communicate with managers to ensure site equipment is maintained, updated, and in working order.Enforce a daily/weekly cleaning schedule to maintain workspace cleanliness.Maintain and enforce quality control procedures.Allocate and prioritize work at the site as required, checking progress regularly.Ensure deadlines and targets are met by managers.Ensure SLA requirements for clients are met.Ensure Site Managers conduct weekly site safety inspections, reporting necessary information to the client and Operations Director.Monitor sales figures, reporting to the executive team weekly and facilitating action if sales decline.Manage and work with the team to monitor service and fuel accounts for site vehicles.Ensure accuracy and proper maintenance of job cards on site.Facilitate client meetings as per their prescribed terms and schedule.Assist customers with issues, queries, and complaints efficiently and in line with ethical guidelines.Resolve issues promptly, ensuring monitoring and expedited relevant action.Identify and analyze customer service trends to determine necessary system improvements.Ensure customer satisfaction is maintained and client relationships are nurtured.RequirementsLogical thinker with over 15 years of experience. Automotive experience is an added advantage.
