Key Responsibilities:Strategic Growth: Lead the recruitment of footprint owners, aligning with our strategy and culture. Act as a catalyst for enhancing the client and franchise value proposition.Regional Management & Leadership: Serve as a vital link between the company's Head Office and franchises, building and nurturing close relationships. Contribute to achieving the company's growth targets.Growth Enablement: Support financial planning and advice initiatives, offering technical support, investment marketing, and specialist assistance to promote and expand investment, savings, and wealth management propositions.Franchise Practice Management: Develop and maximize franchise practice management through sound financial planning and advice. Ensure efficient and effective practices are in line with our financial planning strategy, including the successful onboarding of new franchises.Governance & Compliance: Oversee compliance training and regular audits, ensuring adherence to risk management and compliance processes.
