Candidate Requirements:Diploma or Degree in Hospitality or Hotel ManagementMust have at least 5 years working experience in a management role in a lodge environmentMust be computer literate, ability to use Pastel, Micros, Opera, SEMER, Excel and Microsoft OfficeHave a valid first-aid certificateGood communication skills, proficient in English - spoken and written, ability to speak Zulu would be beneficialHave the ability to train staff membersA highly organized individual with good administration skillsMust have a strong work ethic and have a keen eye for detailHave healthy habits and be a fit individualThis is a live-in position, with meals and laundry providedWorking schedule is 6 weeks on, 2 weeks off.
