Candidate Requirements:Diploma or Degree in Hospitality or Hotel ManagementMust have at least 5 years working experience in a management role in a lodge environmentMust be computer literate, ability to use Pastel, Micros, Opera, SEMER, Excel and Microsoft OfficeMust have a valid first-aid certificateGood communication skills, proficient in English, spoken and writtenMust have the ability to train staff membersMust be highly organized and have good administration skillsAbility to speak Zulu would be beneficialMust have a strong work ethic and have a keen eye for detailMust be physically fitThis is a live-in position, with meals and laundry providedWorking schedule is 6 weeks on, 2 weeks off.
