Experience as a General Manager or Hospitality Management required for a position overseeing staff, budget, and operations of a hospitality business.

Key Requirements

Degree in Business/Hospitality/Game/Hotel Management
At least 5 years of experience as a General Manager or in Hospitality Management
Strong people skills and ability to manage staff
Experience in housekeeping and maintenance management
Good financial management and planning skills
Pro-active and results-driven approach
Valid driver's license

Duties and Responsibilities

Maintenance coordination with suppliers
Monthly budget planning and liaison with owner
Human Resources management of a team of 7
General administration and operational management
Task planning, delegation, and follow-up
Meter readings of water and electricity usage
Stock control and management
Construction experience and management of ongoing projects
Overseeing hospitality manager and guest accommodation
