Join a globally renowned clearing and forwarding agent as their next General Manager for KZN earning profit share. Our client is seeking an experienced General/Branch Manager to join their team in Umhlanga.
Duties
Responsible for budgets and the branches P&L.Staff management.Ensure operational procedures are established and adhered to.Organise, drive and lead sales developments with the sales team.Recruit, train and develop quality employees.Review procedures and productivity standards regularly.
Requirements
Matric.Minimum 5 years management experience within clearing and forwarding.Minimum 10 years experience in clearing and forwarding.
