JOB SUMMARY: My client is in search of a suitably qualifies and experienced individual to assume the above-mentioned role within their organisation.
The successful incumbent will assume responsibility for the following: - Achievement of financial objectives and targets including sales, operations and administration of the branchGrow market share through new and additional business and client retentionBuilding of business relationships with customersImproving service delivery and efficiencies by achievement of route optimization KPI'sEnsure compliance to ISO guidelinesUphold standards of excellence in all aspects of the businessTraining and development of staffPreparation of monthly and ad hoc reports for Senior ManagementProvide solutions to business issues; loss of customers to competitors, declining profits, staff conflict etc CRITERIA / REQUIREMENTSGrade 12 and Degree or Diploma in Sales / Operations ManagementMinimum 5 years in Sales / Operations ManagementIndustry (commercial hygiene) experience would be distinct advantage
