Responsibilities:Holistic team managementOperations management within the division in line with Executive StrategyProduct management and oversight on strategy, market, and focus of products as well as brand and product cohesionBusiness Development to increase the profitability of the divisionResource management, assignment, and tracking in line with approved budgetsSystems integrity and scalable systems design and implementationCoordination strategy with Executives; and translating this into workable plans, to develop implementation and coordination within the divisionUltimate responsibility for ensuring compliance (legal and regulatory) with products and monitoring of adherence within the divisionDivision culture and HR management within the larger company structure and in line with policies and proceduresEfficient communication loop with Executives to enable feedback to shareholders and the BoardKey client management
