Our client constructs cold and freezer rooms to the specifications of clients who need climate-controlled rooms that are hygienic, corrosion resistant and maintenance free.
Duties and Requirements: General Management experience of 5 to 8 years Sales experience of at least 5 years' Bill of quantities experience Analyzing of plans Project documentation in order to estimate costs Supervision of sub-contractor and branch admin staff Construction experience is not negotiable, relevant to field Drivers license and own transportation Qualification in construction would be highly advantageous Good at building relationships Great communication and negotiation skills
