Responsibilities:Oversee daily operations of the lodge.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.Manage property and insurance compliance.Develop and maintain strong network connections within the industry.Lead and mentor staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.Minimum Requirements:Relevant qualification in health and safety, hospitality management, or a related field.Extensive experience in operations management.Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.Proven track record with contactable references.Previous experience in wage negotiations and HR management.Strong leadership skills.
