Job Summary / Purpose: To be responsible for all aspects of growth and development of The Company.
Main Duties and ResponsibilitiesPlan and carry out direct sales activities to agreed budgets, sales volumes, prices, values, product mix and timescales.Forecast Pro Sales Planning.Manage new business Agent contracts and Distribution channels.Drive customer satisfaction throughout the organization while balancing cost to serve.Meet sales/gross profit targets in line with budget.Handle speculative calls, aftercare, and service calls.Conduct client visits to identify and follow up on business leads.Write proposal documents and tenders, negotiate fees and rates in line with company policy, and comply with approvals and discounts allowed.Issue Terms of Business.Defend and gain market share while keeping pricing parameters.Maintain and develop existing and new customers/territories through retail distribution contract setup and maintenance.Provide planned individual account support and liaise with internal order-processing staff.Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management information.Give proper product forecasts in line with budget.Maintain pricing parameters and margin control.Initiate and maintain reporting processes.Liaise and attend meetings and trials with other company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business and organizational development.Ensure timely collections and follow up by managing staff.Provide technical and information support for clients to facilitate sales whenever required.Attend and conduct training to develop relevant knowledge and skills.Manage logistics, food safety, stockholding, warehousing function, and transport costs.Responsibilities:Implementation, management & reporting of Policy/Directives from the office.Propose action plan to address the market area.Management appointments involve appropriate Executive Committee member.Select the team, train, and manage them.Follow up on targeted customers and guarantee KAM coherency.Responsible for gross margin achievement.Manage customer credits / Days Sales Outstanding.Provide monthly reporting to the GM Sales indicating sales development strategy & evolution.Office administration including stock management, ordering of stationary, repair and maintenance of office equipment, I.T.
functionality, switchboard functionality, and petty cash reconciliation.Performance Criteria:Achievement of Budgets (Sales & GM).Sales Forecasts precision / quality (Sales, OPS & GM).Procedures related to stock holding and stock mix of all stock items.Profitable payment collections and turnover achievement.Industrial margin evolution.Reliability of on-time reporting.Interface with Executive Committee and local team.Employee and Customer Safety on sites.Summary of Responsibilities:Managing and achieving targets.Administration.Staff control, development, succession planning, and support.Communications.Housekeeping.Policy/Procedure adherence.Other duties as assigned.Measure of Performance:Target achievement.Effective communications internal & external.Organizational protocol adherence.100% utilization of staffing resources.Company image adherence.Application of Food Safety and Quality Management Systems.Adherence to health and safety policies.Warehouse management.Feel free to apply if you fit all of the requirements.
