General Manager

Responsibilities:Direct and coordinate production pricing, sales and distribution activitiesOversee development of plans, process improvement and performance monitoringAssign work schedules and duties to direct reportsReview financial statements, sales and performance data to ensure goal achievementIdentify areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvementsImplement departmental goals, policies, and processesOversee staffing, training, and address HR issues in coordination with HREnsure compliance with regulation, legislations, and policiesMaintain sound employee relations and productive work cultureEnsure efficient service delivery and resolve operational problemsTranslate business plans into actions to achieve sales and revenue targetsManage and develop sales executives, ensuring client satisfactionFormulate and implement client strategies to meet sales goalsProvide input for and approve annual budgetsControl all departmental resources within budget guidelinesCompile and present budget reports to the MDOversee revenue expenses as well as cashflow managementMinimum Requirements:Degree or Diploma within Logistics industryDegree or Diploma in Financial Management or equivalentMinimum 8-10 years' experience in a similar positionMinimum 8-10 years' experience in Financial Management
