Job Requirements: Grade 12 Valid driver's license Relevant degree or diploma Three years of leadership experience Three years of service-related experience Experience in sales Good IR and HR experience Job Responsibilities: Oversee and take responsibility for sales, operations, and administration.
Improve service delivery to achieve operational requirements with respect to route optimisation & KPI, as well as Quality KPI.
Ensure compliance with ISO guidelines.
Ensure that branch and regional targets are met.
Manage the profitability of the branch.
Ensure that the Equity and Health and Safety committees meet as prescribed and submit minutes of the meetings.
Train and develop staff.
Grow the business through additional and existing customers.
Build professional relationships with customers.
Manage subordinates.
