MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS- 15+ years of experience in working with growers and packhouse and have relevant experience in procurement of Apple, Pear, Orange and Kiwi- Strong understanding of global fruit procurement and export processes.- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Strong knowledge of English.- Ability to handle emergency situations effectivelyRESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:Sourcing Apple, Orange, Pear and Kiwi:- Identify and engage with local farmers to source high-quality fruits.- Monitor and evaluate the quality of produce to meet company standards.Packhouse Coordination:- Identify suitable pack houses for packing and storing the sourced fruits.- Engage with packhouse management to ensure compliance with packaging standards and timelines.- Oversee the packing process to ensure fruits are packed correctly and efficiently without any wastage.Shipping and Logistics:- Ensure the shipping of packed fruits to India and other overseas markets at the most competitive rates.- work with logistics partners to ensure timely and cost-effective transportation.- Oversee and manage export documentation and ensure compliance with international shipping regulationsONLY short-listed candidates will be contacted
