Advising the Executive Manager, CEO, and HR Committee, you will ensure alignment with human resources and labor relations issues, and serve as a key business partner to deliver on the organization's strategic objectives.
Required Qualifications and Experience: Master's Degree in Human Resources or related qualification Experience in a similar human resources environment Postgraduate or Honors Degree in Human Resources Management 10+ years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in Senior Management Master HR Practitioner certification, Advanced Labor Relations expertise, SABPP membership Duties: HR Policies & Procedures: Develop and implement policies supporting recruitment, retention, remuneration, performance management, and more.
Organizational Development & Change Management: Drive HR function effectiveness and lead organization development initiatives, including workforce development, succession planning, and transformation.
Talent Management: Implement talent management strategies, performance planning, and training development programs.
Employee Relations: Foster positive employer-employee relationships, address labor relations, and manage disciplinary actions and grievance procedures.
People Management: Establish communication processes, manage HR budgets, and ensure optimal workforce performance through regular feedback and performance reviews.
Compensation & Benefits: Lead competitive market research on pay practices, salary structures, and benefits programs to recruit and retain top talent.
HR Information Systems (HRIS): Manage and optimize the HRIS system to streamline recruitment, payroll, and performance management functions
